This item is not waterproof as described in the listing. I explained that I specifically needed waterproof pencils and that the pencil washed off in just water with only a gentle rub so they were not of any use to me. I asked for a refund and was happy to return the product if they paid for the shipping but this was refused, Aliexpress also only agreed for them to refund me the price of the product. Do not buy these if you need waterproof pencils. Note: I have only had one complaint previously on Aliexpress (four years ago) so I was disappointed that my result was not particularly fair.
